Passion in Food, Chef Juan has had a passion in cooking at a very young age. When he was AGE he decided to start his own catering business to show the world his cooking and from there is where all the magic happened. People started talking about how good his food is and always asked wheb n he would start up his own food truck.

That’s why in 2015 we decided to start our food truck after 6 years in the catering business. Chef Juan really wanted to do something to give back to the community. So with that he was able to get an approval to provide free food for the homeless every Thanksgiving at the Civic Center in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. We believe our food truck in santa ana is the one of the best, come see for yourself.
